Alone & Afraid
Lost

BUT
 
Today is a new day and a better time
and best of all ...

I AM NO LONGER
beguiled,
caught up,
entrapped and ensnared,
alone and afraid
lost ...

I AM FREE
of those things that hampered me !!!
